the place had a lovely rooftop dining, but oh my, breakfast was missing until 8 AM! how quaint. just when I needed coffee! and honestly, can someone address the toilet flush that barely worked? I expected a complimentary upgrade for these inconveniences, yet I received nothing. almost wrote a glowing review but just couldn’t.

Ideal for Family with children
The rooftop restaurant was an oasis, the food was fabulous, and the kids loved the variety on the menu. I appreciated that the staff arranged transport for us even at odd hours, which took a load off my mind.
It wasn't economical but still fair considering the experience we had.

The Deluxe Double Room was spacious and clean, which was a plus. It had all the basics—tea, coffee, and filtered water provided. the mattress felt like plain foam, not super comfy. The bathroom was decent but showed signs of aging, which was a bit of a letdown. Staff were super helpful whenever I needed anything, which was nice. it did the job for a short stay, but it could use some updates.

A lift would enhance convenience for seniors.

The family room met our expectations with comfortable beds and ample space for the kids. We especially enjoyed visiting the rooftop lounge at sunset, where we could relax while the kids had fun exploring. Friendly staff made us feel completely at home during our 3-night stay.
My wife says that the constant noise from the restaurant below was bothersome during night hours.

missingWrote a review on 14 Mar
Noise was a significant issue with a cocktail bar below and a restaurant above. The limited facilities like basic rooms without proper hanging space, alongside irregular housekeeping (like missing towels) fell short. WiFi was unreliable, and the in-room water raised concerns over quality. it seemed more priority was given to the dining operations than basic guest comfort, which left much to be desired.
